Part-time choir director College Wesleyan Church is now accepting applications for a part-time Choir Director for the 2008-09 Choir season (September – May). Qualified applicants should have a strong Christian witness, exemplary interpersonal social and communication skills, experience/training in directing a mixed-voice ensemble, and model servant leadership. This position (9 month commitment /approximately 5 hours per week) will involve: • Researching and selecting choir repertoire • Planning, preparing, and leading weekly choir rehearsal (including strong emphasis on community and spiritual shepherding of choir members). • Directing choir as they participate in Sunday worship approximately twice monthly and for special occasions as need arises. Interested and qualified candidates should complete the appropriate job application form (located at the CWC front desk or online) and return it to Worship Arts Director, Emily Vermilya no later than September 17, 2008.
